- What if the balloon bursts?
- If you find the product is broken when you open the parcel, please contact us ASAP once you receive it, we can delivery anther one to you or issue a refund. However, we are not responsible for the balloon bursting after you receive it. Please keep the balloon away from anything sharp and heater.
